BFIC Minutes - March 10, 2011.
Members attending: Brian Fanguy, Becky Kuithe, Rombelto Medrano, Clyde McKenzie, Pat Ojobara, Rajesh Karee Others: Dinh Tran
Meeting called to order @ 7:47 PM Minutes of previous meeting were read and approved. Treasurer's report was presented and accepted.
Old Business: R. Medrano gave report re needed pool repairs - sealing expansion joints, installation of iron drain system, and exterior painting of overhangs - total cost will be $6,875. This bid is from Carlos Garcia ( Garcia Quality Remodeling ). A motion was made, seconded, and voted on unanimously to accept bid & get work done. R. Medrano reports electrical fixtures have been installed, but a problem was discovered with the underground conduit which has been cut or damaged and must be completely replaced. The estimated cost will be $3,150 to retrench and run new wiring approx. 260 feet to reach outside electrical poles. A motion was made, seconded, and voted on unanimously to accept bid and get work done.. R. Medrano reports he will measure back wood fence to see how much paint it will take to paint over grafitti. Sherwin-Williams has a new paint that will enable us to wash off any future grafitti.
New Business: B. Fanguy suggests we ask electrician to check out tennis court lights and C. Garcia to see how much he would charge to fix broken bench.
