BFIC Minutes - October 9, 2008

Members present: John Bedford, Becky Kuithe, Brian Fanguy, Rajesh Karee, Clyde McKenzie, Pat Ojobara Others: none

Meeting called to order at 7:41 PM

No minutes presented - No official meeting last month ( No quorum) No treasurer's report - We haven't received financial report from CPA & no bank statement received yet

Old Business: J. Bedford reports that we have received $13, 261 for 2009. We ended 2008 with $10,000 + ( $8,000 allocated for fence & $2,000 for storage shed.). We have to have pool checked to see if we have or need to get the new mandatory drain cover required by federal law & also vacuum safety release for the pump. A discussion was held and a recommendation was made to call Leslie Pool service to come out and check to see if we are in compliance or if we need to get the required upgrades.

New Business: J. Bedford went over the waste pickup schedule. J. Bedford reported on the deed restriction letters he has sent out - lots of cars parking on lawns. He also gave a report on the house on Carnelian that a drunk driver crashed into. The house is currently uninhabitable until repairs are done. Meeting adjourned @ 8:30 PM
