BFIC Minutes - November 12, 2010.
Members attending: Becky Kuithe, Brian Fanguy, Rombelto Medrano, Steve Sherman, Pat Ojobara Others: None.
Meeting was called to order @ 7:40 PM Minutes of previous meeting were read and approved. Treasurer's report: Not available
Old Business: The lights are back on outside the clubhouse. R. Medrano fixed the problem. A discussion was held re light pole replacements and repair. B. Kuithe reported re the No Parking in Yards Ordinance. B. Fanguy reports he did change our electric provider and got a lower rate.
New Business: B. Kuithe reports the pool inspection was done and our pool passed. B. Fanguy gave report re bank account. Wells Fargo had contacted John Bedford to say only he had authority to write checks. B. Fanguy went by the bank and straightened this misunderstanding out. A discussion was held re maintenance letters. B. Fanguy has flash drive from J. Bedford. He will let us know if he needs help with the mailout. S. Sherman reported about attending the Super Neighborhood meeting. The speaker was Vince Ryan, County Attorney. He is available to help with deed restrictions violations. S. Sherman reports that Al Hoang has helped the homeowner at the intersection of High Star and Carnelian who had a problem with a car crashing into his home. Trees were trimmed to make the stop sign more visible.
Meeting was adjourned @ 8:25 PM.
