BFIC Minutes - February 21, 2008
Members attending: John Bedford, Becky Kuithe, Clyde McKenzie, Rombelto Medrano, Rajesh Karee, Brian Fanguy, Steve Sherman

Meeting was called to order @ 7:35 PM Minutes of previous meeting were read & approved. Treasurer's report was presented & accepted.
Old Business: J. Bedford gave a report on delinquent accounts. Next month we need to have an election of officers. S. Sherman gave a report re Councilman Khan's meeting on 1-14-08.
New Business: J. Bedford reported that we have had zero interest in redoing tennis courts. The board voted unanimously not to spend any money at this time on the tennis courts. B. Koonce suggests we investigate the possibility of hiring security to patrol our neighborhood Monday thru Friday during the day. J. Bedford said he would call Blue Moon Investigations and get prices for a patrol 4 hours a day ( 10 AM to 2 PM ). J. Bedford has talked to our insurance company re reducing our premiums and has succeeded in getting a reduced rate. It was suggested that we get a fire extinguishe & smaoke alarm for the clubhouse.
