BFIC Minutes - February 11, 2010.

Members attending: Becky Kuithe, Brian Fanguy, Clyde McKenzie, Pat Ojobara, Rombelto Medrano, Rajesh Karee Others attending: None

Meeting was called to order @ 7:35 PM Minutes of previous meeting were read and approved. Treasurer's report was presented and accepted.

Old Business: R. Medrano reports the pool man has not contacted him, but he will talk to him this Saturday re shutting down 1 pool filter pump and repairing valve leak. B. Fanguy reports that water is still collecting on west side of pool house. R. Medrano will check on getting a better price for lawn maintenance.

New Business: Next Thursday is Heavy trash pickup for junk trash. B. Fanguy reports that the phone company is working in the neighborhood and we should report any problems that arise. Robberies in the neighborhood were discussed.

Meeting was adjourned @8:05 PM
