BFIC Minutes - January 10, 2008

Meeting was called to order @ 7:37 PM
Minutes of previous meeting were presented & approved.
Treasurer's report was presented & accepted.
Old Business: John Bedford has agreed to continue as BFIC President.
New Business: Karen & Howard Jackson are here to discuss the complaint they received re their front yard & cars parked on the lawn. A discussion was held re vandalism in neighborhood. District F Councilman Khan is having a meeting on 1-14-08 on crime in our area. Pat Ojobara plans to attend. C. Estimable states he is aware his yard on Moonmist is in bad condition. He has had it rented out and is process of having the tenant evicted so he can clean up the property.
Meeting was adjourned @ 8:30 PM.
