BFIC Minutes - October 12, 2007

Meeting was called to order @ 7:35 PM Minutes of September meeting were read & accepted. Treasurer's report was presented & accepted
New Business: J. Bedford welcomed visitors. C. Estimable asked if he could stucco over his bricks. According to our deed restrictions, this is not allowed. J. Bedford explained duties of board & what we can & cannot do. A discussion was held about delinquent accounts & what we go through to collect AMAs. C. Estimable asked permission to put up a wood fence on the cul de sac area of Carnelian ( Section 1 ) - permission granted.
New Business: J. Bedford discussed water leaking into clubhouse & ruining the sheetrock. He has contacted a contractor to put up a canopy similar to the one on the Brays Village clubhouse. R. Medrano reports he is waiting for an estimate that he had someone draw up. C. Estimable suggests that we get an estimate from his brother who does repair work. A discussion was held about what we need to do to get new bylaws & deed restrictions approved in 2009. S. Sherman would like to poll the residents to find out how many people are interested in using the tennis courts. J. Bedford will address this in next newsletter.
