BFIC Minutes - November 8, 2007

Meeting was called to order @ 7:30 PM
Minutes of previous meeting were read. The following corrections will be made: Aurelio Vasquez was the homeowner who sought permission to stucco over his bricks and to erect a fence on the cul de sac where he lives. The minutes incorrectly named C. Estimable as the homeowner who did this. Also, A. Vasquez, not C. Estimable suggested that we get an estimate for repair work from his brother. The minutes were approved with the stipulation that these corrections will be made.
Treasurer's report was presented. The corrected reconciled balance after the additional canopy cost of $2, 331.00 is $9,545.81. The report was approved & accepted.
Old Business: J. Bedford gave a report on overdue accounts. The 2 accounts that were on payment plans are overdue. Our lawyer has been consulted re further legal action. J. Bedford has taken pictures of the abandoned car on Cinnabar & has made a police report. A canopy has been framed on the side of the clubhouse to correct the drainage problem. One will also be put on other side of building. The security light needs to be hooked up in the new location.
