BFIC Minutes - April 10, 2008

Meeting was called to order @ 7:40 PM
Minutes: None to present ( No meeting last month [March 13]; February minutes on web site)
Treasurer's report was presented by John Bedford - accepted
Old Business: J. Bedford reports that Blue Moon wants $850 monthly for 8 hr daily patrols - they will not do a 4 hr. patrol. R. Medrano will check with someone he knows about possible other contacts. J. Bedford has been told that the constable will resume nightly patrol of Brays Village. We need to see if he would include Brays Forest if we could pay him.
New Business: M. Ayala is here to discuss the letter he received regarding changes he made to the front of his house without securing prior board approval. He says he understands now that in the future he needs to secure approval. Since changes look good, the board voted to accept changes. M. Madrid is here re the pink paint on his house. He states this was the painter's mistake & his house will be repainted a buttercream color. He would like to widen his driveway by 12". He will bring plans to next meeting. Deed Restrictions: J. Bedford gave a report re violations. New Business: M. Fanguy announced that next Thursday @ 7:30 PM @ the Westside Police Station, a PIP meeting will take place. If we get enough people interested, we could restart our COP program. J. Bedford announced that he is stepping down from the office of BFIC president as of tonight's meeting. He will continue as Treasurer.
Meeting was adjourned @ 8:50 PM.
