Welcome to your Home Owners Association Website. Come to the Meetings at 7:30 PM on the 2nd Thursday each month and see what we can do, together, for the neighborhood. The swimming pool will be open on Memorial Day from 12:00 (Noon) to 6:00 PM and then on Sunday through September 2. Proof of BFIC Residence and Payment of Homeowner's Association dues is required.
Dues Statements are mailed out in December and late fees will be charged for payments not received before January 31st. The dues are $144 per household per year. The mailing address is Brays Forest Improvement Corporation. PO Box 395, Alief, TX 77411.
There is no phone number for the HOA itself. If you have a problem, you should come to the meetings. You can email through this website at Feedback or you can call Pat Ojobaro, at 832-654-0101, but personal attendance at the monthly meeting is the best way to get things done. Remember, your Board of Directors is composed of homeowners just like you. If you don't like the way things are going, then come to the meetings, join the board and help work to better our neighborhood.

A Brays Forest Improvement Corporation Neighborhood Party was held at the Club House on Bandlon Drive on Saturday, May 8, 2010 between 2:00 and 4:00 PM. (The swimming pool was not open, except for one 5 year old who took it upon himself to test the water.) We met our neighbors and some political candidates. The food was excellent. We talked about neighborhood and personal security, deed restrictions and community projects, answered questions and presented ideas. The turn out was good and the weather was even better.
